How many sessions do I need to get white teeth?
That depends on two things: your Smile Goals, and on the level of discoloration of your teeth. When you visit the store, we’ll do a teeth shade assessment to determine the best teeth whitening package for you.
Single Whitening
If you already have white teeth but you want to make your smile brighter, Single Whitening may be enough for you. But it’s still best that you visit us first for an assessment so we can recommend the best treatment package for you.
Double Whitening
If there are visible heavy stains on your teeth, which may be caused by food and beverage pigments, you can try Double Whitening first to help bring back your teeth’s natural whiteness. Visit us so we can assess your teeth against our shade guide.
Triple Whitening

Are there kinds of teeth that are easy or difficult to whiten?

What are your prices?
We have three teeth whitening procedures available at The Smile Bar Bangkok.
First is Single Whitening, a 20-minute session priced at THB2,399. Second is Double Whitening, a 40-minute session worth THB4,399. And third, we have Triple Whitening, a 60-minute procedure that costs THB5,799.
Can I eat, drink, or smoke right after the treatment?
During the first 72 hours after the treatment, your teeth will be vulnerable to new discolouration so you should refrain from consuming the following:
(a) chocolates, red meat, and other heavily-pigmented foods,
(b) acidic foods such as vinegar, citrus, soy, tomatoes, chili sauce, and
(c) dark-colored drinks such as coffee, red wine, tea, and soda,
Smoking is also prohibited at this time.
The stain removal treatment leaves microscopic gaps on your teeth; a fluoride rinse twice a day will help fill them.
But if you know that you can’t avoid the above-mentioned restrictions, just opt for Whitening Protect Shield. This add-on solution eliminates the 72-hour post-treatment down time, so you can eat, drink, and smoke right after the session.
What is Whitening Protect Shield and what’s it for?
Whitening Protect Shield reinforces the enamel and seals the whiteness of your teeth, so you can eat, drink, and/or smoke in just an hour after treatment without the risk of any new discolouration.
This liquid solution is applied on your teeth with a small brush immediately after the whitening procedure.
How long will the results last?
More often than not, teeth discolouration is caused by the food you eat, the beverages you drink, and/or the cigarette you smoke. That said, your lifestyle choices play a huge role in keeping your teeth whiter.
To help prolong the results of your teeth whitening treatment, be sure to practice good oral hygiene, cut back on your consumption of dark-coloured food and beverages, and avoid smoking.
In addition, you can use The Smile Bar Whitening Oral Care products to supplement your oral care regimen.
What should I do to keep my teeth whiter for a long time after the treatment?
Here’s how to use it:
Before brushing, gargle with The Smile Bar Mouthrinse. Take 10ml of the mouthrinse, swish around your mouth for about 1 minute, and then spit it out.
Use only a pea-sized amount of The Smile Bar Toothpaste; apply it on a toothpaste and brush as you normally do.
These products are safe for daily use. They dissolve surface stains and thus help minimise or prevent discolouration of your teeth.
How come I’m told to use the mouthrinse first?
To make it easier for you to brush off your teeth’s stains, you should loosen them first by gargling with The Smile Bar Whitening Mouthrinse.

The Smile Bar Whitening Oral Care Regimen is available exclusively at The Smile Bar.
What's the red and blue toothpaste for? How are they different?
Both products are gel-based whitening toothpastes. They help dissolve surface stains to minimise and/or prevent new discolouration without causing any abrasions on the enamel.
As prophylactic products, they also protect teeth from cavities, plaque, sensitivity, and bad breath to promote overall oral health.
But the concentration of the active ingredients — and thus the recommended usage — differentiate the two products.
The blue one (The Smile BarEVO Toothpaste) is the original formulation ideal for daily use. The red one (The Smile Bar BOOST Toothpaste), on the other hand, is an intensive treatment toothpaste that should be daily for two weeks for a whitening boost.
After two weeks, it’s best to shift back to The Smile Bar EVO Toothpaste for maintenance.

We sell all our products online, right here on The Smile Bar Bangkok website! To view our catalog, visit the SHOP page.
Select the products you wish to order, add them all to your online shopping bag, and then create an account. You’ll be asked to provide delivery information upon checkout, after which you can proceed with the payment.
We’ll send you a confirmation email, and then all you need to do is to wait for your order to arrive!
How much is the minimum order for delivery?
There’s no such thing! We don’t impose a minimum amount for online transactions, but there is a THB80 delivery fee that will be charged to you on top of the cost of the products you ordered.
By the way, if your order reaches THB1,599, we’ll waive that fee!
Do you deliver everywhere?
The Smile Bar Bangkok delivers to fixed addresses anywhere in Thailand.
Do you charge for the delivery?
Yes, we do – a delivery fee of THB80 applies to online order. But if you order at least THB1,599 worth of products, delivery is free!
How many days will the delivery take?
If you place your order before 12:00 noon, you’ll get it on the same day! Beyond that, you can expect the delivery to arrive the next day.
Can you tell me the delivery time?
Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, so we can’t commit the exact time of arrival. But again, if you order before 12:00 noon, it will arrive at your doorstep right on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the next day.
I put in the wrong address, I’m sorry! Will I get charged an additional delivery fee?
Don’t worry, we got you! Just email the correct delivery address to info@the-smile-bar.co.th immediately and we will re-deliver at no extra charge.
Please note, however, that this is a one-time offer. For subsequent delivery attempts, we will need to charge a delivery fee already (except, of course, if we are the ones responsible for the failure).
Do you have an option for pick-up of online orders?
Yes, we do! If you prefer to pick up your order instead of having it delivered, simply choose the “Pick Up” option when you check out. That way, you won’t be charged the delivery fee, and we can prepare your order for pick-up at the store anytime within our business hours.

Once orders are finalized, they can no longer be changed. But you can always place a new order for the items you left out! Or you can also purchase directly from our store.
Can I order anytime?
Yes, you can! Our website can receive orders and process payments anytime.
For deliveries, however, we do have a cut-off time. All orders made before 12:00 noon will be delivered on the same day, while orders made after will be shipped out the next day.
For store pick-ups, please note that our business hours are from 10am to 8pm daily.

I got damaged goods! Can you replace it?
We’re sorry to hear that! We would be more than happy to replace any damage or defective products.

The products must be returned and exchanged within seven (7) days of delivery. After this window, requests will no longer be accepted.
All sale and promo items, whether individual products or bundles, are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
For bundled products, the entire set must be returned (even in cases when only one item is damaged or defective).
In the event of a valid return where the replacement product is out of stock, it may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. If the value is higher, however, the customer needs to settle the difference in price.
Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?
You may request for a refund only if the replacement product is not available. However, the request will still be subject for approval. The review of your request will begin after we have received and inspected the item, and we will notify you via email of the approval or denial.
For approved requests, the refund will be processed immediately. You may expect the amount you paid, excluding shipping fees, to be automatically credited back on the same payment method you used. Please note, however, that banks and card issuers have their respective turnaround times for processing, so we cannot give an exact date for when the refund will be fully credited back to your account.
For cash payments, store credits in the amount paid will be given in lieu of cash refunds. Store credits may be used for future purchases from The Smile Bar Bangkok.
My refund request was approved. When will I get my money back?
While we process refunds immediately from our end, banks and card issuers will have different processing turnaround times. That said, you may contact your bank or card issuer directly to check or follow-up on the status of crediting.

My friend gave me your products as a gift but I can’t use them. Can I return them instead?
This is possible if the order was marked as a “Gift” during the check-out process. If this is the case, we will email you a Gift Certificate of the same value after we have received and inspected the items. You may use that Gift Certificate to pay for other products and services at The Smile Bar Bangkok.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who originally placed the order. The same applies for when the gift-giver had the order shipped to himself/herself to personally give to you.
